Upgrades:

Askatek Consulting’ technicians and sales personnel have the expertise and concern to provide you with the best recommendations (when needed) and products to maximize your upgrade dollars. This includes using some of your existing equipment when it is appears to be in your best interest. Sometimes it is in the customers best interest to buy a new computer and sale their old one, with the possible exception of the monitor. Our technicians are very talented and capable of providing you the solutions that work best for you. We can do everything from simple memory upgrades, to major upgrades or add-ons and make it all work.

 

Repairs:

We repair any IBM/clone computers, laptops, printers and monitors. We are an authorized Hewlett Packard printer repair center, and are working on getting authorized by other manufacturers. Because of our expertise, resources, and determination, we are able to fix almost any computer or printer problem 

We strongly believe in keeping the customer in control of spending their money. That is why we always call the customer for approvals when more labor or parts are necessary. It’s your satisfaction that keeps us around, and we’ve been around for a long time.

 

Service calls:

Askatek Consulting will come to your business or home to service your equipment. There will be a service/trip charge plus a minimum labor charge of 30 to 60 minutes. The trip charge will vary from $30.00 up, depending on the distance and possibly the time of day.

 

Service contracts:

We have a variety of options for service contracts to cover almost any need. We will also customize a contract to fit your needs. Our contracts usually have a four or twenty-four hour on-site response time Monday through Friday. We can also provide seven day a week, twenty-four hours a day coverage. We also will provide a technician to be on-site regularly for as little as four hours a month to full time.

 

Support:

Askatek Consulting prides itself on after sales support. We could write a book on the hundreds of people or businesses we were able to help resolve their problems over the telephone for free. Free support is limited to fifteen minutes per incident, not per telephone call. Due to our high level of expertise, we are able to fix most problems over the telephone.
